We have forged strategic partnerships with certified training providers for the rollout of SETA accredited qualifications that will educate the workforce to do what they do, BETTER. The drafting of Workplace Skills Plans and the implementation thereof shall be our responsibility, ensuring that the funds spent on training and development is claimed from the relevant SETA. In this way, an organisation will be able to educate their employees ‘for free’, due to their contributions in the form of a Skills Development Levy. Increased and more efficient production methods will be realised from an educated workforce, with the employees feeling empowered by their new worth.
